What data we collect

When you use the quote form or email us directly, you may provide:

• Your name and (if applicable) company name
• Your phone number and email address
• Your site address or postcode
• Container and job details, including any access notes you choose to share

Our quote form does not send this information to a database. When you submit it, your own email application opens with the details filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send. Once you email us, we receive and hold your message in our email inbox.

How and why we use it

We use the information you provide only to:

• Respond to your enquiry and provide a fixed-price quote
• Arrange and carry out a container unloading call-out
• Keep records relating to the work we do for you

Our lawful basis for processing is to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business. We do not use your data for marketing without your consent, and we never sell it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and job records only for as long as needed to provide our service and to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations, after which they are deleted.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share it only where necessary with service providers who help us operate (such as our email provider), or where we are required to by law.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not use third-party analytics. The site uses the Google Fonts service to display its typefaces, which involves your browser contacting Google's servers; this may transfer your IP address to Google. No cookies are set for this.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability.
